LEGACY Hotels and Resorts confirms that at 08h00 this morning (Sept 5) the sauna in the spa at the Michelangelo Towers caught fire.
The fire was "quickly contained...and did not spread to other parts of the spa or the hotel".
According to Legacy, the spa has sustained some water damage but no one was hurt in the incident. Legacy has also reassured all its guests that this will "in no way effect the running or services of the hotel".
