Entries are open for the 2027 WTM Africa Responsible Tourism Awards, recognising businesses and destinations demonstrating responsible tourism practices across Africa.
Entry is free, and submissions close on December 31.
The six categories cover nature benefiting communities, addressing climate change, access for people with disabilities, communicating responsible tourism, rebalancing tourism and addressing overtourism, and responsible all-inclusive tourism.
The awards ceremony will take place during WTM Africa on April 8, 2027 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.
To enter, applicants must download the relevant nomination form from the WTM Africa website, complete it and upload the submission to rtawards.icrt.global. Multiple categories may be entered.
