Forever Resorts South Africa has been acquired by Benus Trade and Invest, an investment company associated with South African investment group Community Investment Holdings.
Forever Resorts will continue operating under its existing brand with its resorts, hotels, lodges and other accommodation remaining in operation.
MD Eugene van Jaarsveldt said: “As we look to the future, our focus remains on building on the reputation of Forever Resorts, driving continued growth, nurturing the valued relationships that have contributed to our success and exploring new opportunities.”
The Forever Resorts portfolio includes Badplaas, Blyde Canyon, Gariep, Loskopdam, Phalaborwa Safari Park, Plettenberg, Swadini, Tshipise and Warmbaths, among others.
