Jambojet has suspended direct flights between Mombasa and Zanzibar.
According to Business Daily, the airline has cited surging fuel costs and Zanzibar’s mandatory travel insurance as factors that have made the route commercially unviable.
Jambojet has since launched daily flights between Nairobi and Entebbe.
