A new camp, Muddy Teak, opened on May 1 in a private concession within Zimbabwe’s Hwange National Park.
Designed for small, exclusive-use groups, the camp is located inside a woodland area with paths leading to views over the Muddy Teak waterhole. The layout includes a main area that links the dining area, lounge, pool, viewing deck, firepit and outdoor bar.
The camp forms part of a broader circuit with other camps operated by the group in Hwange, the Okavango and Mana Pools. It adds capacity for high-end small group travel in a private setting with flexible combinations across Zimbabwe and neighbouring destinations.
Muddy Teak will operate seasonally from May 1 to November 30 in line with peak wildlife viewing periods in Hwange’s dry season.
