St Helena Tourism has launched a destination film, Breathe St Helena – An Island Adventure Awaits.
The film places local residents, known as “saints”, at the centre of its storytelling. Their personal stories and perspectives introduce travellers to St Helena’s volcanic landscapes, rugged coastline, history, biodiversity and community life.
Jonathan Passaportis, Head of Tourism for St Helena Government, says the film captures the island’s spirit of adventure, discovery and connection.
“We hope this film inspires travellers to look beyond the familiar, step off the beaten track, make the journey and create an adventure of their own.”
The launch also highlights tourism’s role in supporting the island’s economy and connecting visitors with local communities while encouraging responsible travel.
