Wetu unveils multilingual itineraries

Travel technology company Wetu now offers itineraries in German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Dutch, in addition to English.

Consultants using Wetu can build their itineraries in English and output them in the chosen language of their clients. These outputs include a paper itinerary, interactive virtual itinerary and the iBrochures of the accommodation suppliers.

“We are very excited about this feature as it allows our users to service their non-English markets more effectively and provide them with a competitive edge when quoting,” says Paul de Waal of Wetu.

De Waal says new markets offer great potential for growth but points out that these markets are primarily non-English speaking. “The multilingual itineraries will provide operators with the ability to penetrate and service these markets more effectively,” he says.
