As Zimbabwe gears up to co-host the International Cricket Council World Cup 2027, the hospitality industry is adjusting plans to accommodate the expected influx of guests.
African Sun has delayed the refurbishment of Elephant Hills Resort, its Victoria Falls property. The company had planned to close the resort in November 2026 for an 18-month refurbishment programme but has postponed the closure ahead of the tournament.
The resort will remain fully operational throughout 2026 and 2027 with works planned to resume after the event concludes.
