The Bloomberg Apartments in Camps Bay, Cape Town, have been purchased by the Blue Views Group.
The nine self-catering apartments, suitable for couples, are located just 50 metres from the Camps Bay beachfront.
The Bloomberg will continue to run independently with all the current operational staff in place and remain unchanged until May 7, when it will close for an extensive upgrade before reopening in August.
