Air Botswana has opened a new sales office at Sir Seretse Khama International Airport in Gaborone.
The new office is in the main terminal building on the ground floor, near the check-in counter area.
Commenting, Air Botswana Director Commercial, Hugh Fraser, said the office was in a convenient location, in full view of passengers coming into the airport terminal building. The previous facility was almost hidden from public view and customers often got lost trying to go find it.
“We have also tried to brighten the office up and give it a new and fresh look,” said Fraser.
The relocated office will offer customers a general sales and travel enquiry service. It opens Monday to Friday from 04h45-21h00 and 06h30-21h00 on weekends. It is expected to ease congestion at the Gaborone sales office located in Main Mall.
