SA Express said it would revalidate tickets for passengers who had missed their flights from George due to roadworks caused by the recent floods. The airline said passengers had missed their flights as a journey to the airport was taking up to four times longer than usual due to repairs on the damaged roads. SA Express will accommodate passengers who were booked on flights departing from George Airport between Wednesday August 23 and Friday September 12 and missed or wish to change their flights at no additional cost, depending on availability.
