Europcar expands further into Africa

EUROPCAR has expanded its operations in Africa with the opening of a new branch in Maun - the third largest town in Botswana and the gateway to the Okavango Delta for both business and leisure travellers.

The company has also successfully secured the number-one parking position at Sir Seretse Khama International Airport in Gaborone, making the walk from kiosk to car a quick one.  Other developments include the move to a new head office and depot facilities in Gaborone and a bid for facilities inside the new Francistown International Airport terminal.

“We are constantly committed to providing our customers with excellent service and we are delighted to enhance our offering to our customers.  We look forward to experiencing continued growth in the region and ensuring that both our commercial and tourist business to and in Maun benefit from our added services as well as contributing to Botswana’s economic growth through tourism,” says Dawn Nathan-Jones, ceo of Europcar.
