Cape Town’s Hout Bay Manor has combined old with the new and is now offering guests the opportunity to make reservations via its newly-introduced Facebook page, a first for South Africa.
“We realise that time is of the essence for guests wishing to book instantly and this avenue is yet another way for us to provide an even smoother service. In time we hope to extend the booking accessibility for guests to make appointments at the Inzolo Wellness Suite and Pure restaurant,” said General Manager, Alex Mueller.
The booking system works on a built-in application that directs Facebook users to a booking engine on it’s the establishment’s website once they have selected their arrival date and the number of nights of their stay.
