In a statement on kulula’s Facebook page, the airline said it is taking further action to improve its on-time performance.
The airline said it would have an additional aircraft on standby at all times in case of any technical issues that may arise. Aircraft turnaround times will be extended, flight schedules will be updated to include a recovery slot to help with any delays that could occur and training ‘refreshers’ will be arranged for staff to improve kulula’s on-time performance.
