LEISURECORP, the business unit of Istithmar Real Estate, has launched a new brand identity for the Pearl Valley Golf Estate in the Cape Winelands.
The new logo for Pearl Valley consists of LeisureCorp's signature swirl using the colours of the South African flag. David Spencer, ce of LeisureCorp, said the company was actively looking for more world-class developments to add to its portfolio. He said LeisureCorp had plans to expand its facilities by adding another 18-hole golf course, more homes and one or more additional luxury resort hotels.
Pearl Valley currently has an 18-hole golf course, a 4 500sqm clubhouse and a 500-home gated residential community.
