TAM direct to SA’s cities in 2010

Brazil's TAM Linhas Aéreas will be launching direct flights to three centres in South Africa during the 2010 World Cup.

In conjunction with tour operators, Agaxtur, Top Service, Ambiental, Stella Barros and Marsans, as well as its own tour operator TAM Viagens, the airline will be offering flights to Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban from June 7 to July 14.

Said Paulo Castello Branco, TAM vp commercial and planning: “The partnership with these tour operators ensures that not only do we offer direct flights to South Africa for Brazilian fans, but also very attractive prices. We believe we will fill our aircraft during this service.”
