Required Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
• Proficiency in English
• Good people skills
• Good computer skills
• Able to use quotation and reservation tools like WETU & Tourplan
• Has experience in local travel
• Customer oriented mindset
• Critical thinker and problem solver, able to handle unforeseen problems
• Organizing travel from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation
• Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials
• Be able to handle ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds related to air travel
• Be able to advise on visa and entry requirements where applicable • Collect deposits and balances
• Focus on air travel including ticket changes as well as cancellations and refunds
• Maintain relationships with key persons
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to work as an individual and be part of a team
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated

We are looking for an Intermediate Travel Consultant to join our team! You must have a great enthusiasm for traveling and be available to start as soon as possible. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.
