JUNIOR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT for a Inbound Tour Operator (Permanent) – Gauteng
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Support team member to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a structured environment, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic business.
You will play an important role in supporting day-to-day office operations, assisting the wider team, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing incoming calls and general office communication
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings
Supporting general office administration and organisation
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and basic procurement
Helping with the preparation and dispatch of client-related items
Maintaining internal documents, trackers, and records
Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
