Required Qualifications:


• Matric / Grade 12 
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, or a closely related field
• At least 5 years’ management experience in Marketing, Tourism or Public Relations work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint a must) 
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Additional Language skills in German, Spanish, French, Portuguese or Italian will be advantageous

Knowledge and skills required: 
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing in the EU countries
• Must be able to generate new leads and build agent network 
• Proficiency with digital data analysis tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
• The ability to work under pressure and travel extensively 
 

Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and driven person to join the Sales & Marketing team. The focus for the position will be on the growth and expansion of the EU market. 

The ideal person must be well presented and needs to be an individual that can travel independently to destinations both local and abroad and must be available to travel extensively during the year. Strong administration is a must, and the ideal candidate must be able to think creatively to grow our market presence.

Key areas of responsibilities:
• Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales programs/plans that attract customers from the EU market 
• Oversee marketing campaigns for the EU market
• Manage the department’s marketing budget
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers 
• Collect industry data and use the insights to update our marketing and sales strategies
• Promoting the company's existing brand and introducing new products to the market
• Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities in the EU market
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks
