Activities resume at Botswana camps

African Bush Camps activities resume in Botswana.

Activities have resumed at African Bush Camps in Botswana – Linyanti Bush Camp, Linyanti Ebony and Khwai Tented Camp.

The Linyanti area suffered a severe drought last year but flood waters have finally pushed through to the Linyanti marshes. The marshes and waterways are now flowing, allowing mokoro activities to resume at Linyanti Bush Camp and Linyanti Ebony.

Khwai airstrip, which services Khwai Tented Camp, has dried out and is ready for aircraft to land. The airstrip is a 20-minute drive from the camp.

In 2018, guests staying at Khwai Tented Camp, Linyanti Bush Camp and Linyanti Ebony will be offered door-to-door helicopter transfers between camps.
