Botswana lodges join Dream Hotel & Resorts

As of March 1, Dream Hotels & Resorts has taken over management of Ghoha Hills Savuti Lodge and Nogatsaa Pans Lodge in Botswana. The move signifies the brand’s step into high-end safaris. Both properties are located in Chobe National Park.

Ghoha Hills boasts tented rooms with private viewing decks and a swimming pool. It is positioned on a hilltop with panoramic views. Nogatsaa Pans offers tented rooms, in-room spa treatments and outdoor dining. The landscape features open plains and seasonal waterholes.

“These are well-established lodges in one of Africa’s strongest safari markets. Our focus is to strengthen their market reach and operational support while preserving what already makes them successful. We see clear opportunity in this region and intend to grow carefully with the right partners and the right properties,” said Nick Dickson, Group Custodian of Dream Hotels & Resorts.

The Kader Family will retain ownership of both properties. Existing reservation processes will continue without disruption and trade representation remains in place with Alex Johnston of Tortilis Marketing. Key conservation partnerships will also be upheld.
