Zanzibar’s Paradise Beach Resort has burned down.
Claudia Follis from the hotel says the resort is completely destroyed. “Nothing remains, the hotel is closed,” she added.
GM for the hotel, Bert Schoonvelde, said: “The hotel was completely destroyed by the fire. It will reopen after new construction in 2014.
