The Mariston Hotel in Johannesburg, will go up for auction next month. The property has been listed on commercial property marketplace, eprop.co.za.
Catering typically for the long-term student accommodation market, the hotel comprises 566 rooms and boasts a 100% occupancy rate. The property is located on Claim Street in Johannesburg’s CBD and was built in 1973.
The Mariston will be auctioned at the Inanda Club in Sandton on June 2.
Also for auction this month is a four-star apartment-type hotel in Hout Bay. The auction is on May 27, also at the Inanda Club.
