Premier Hotels and Resorts has opened a new restaurant, the Grill Room, at the Premier Hotel Regent, in East London.
The Grill Room will serve aged-in-house meat cuts, as well as a variety of classic cuisine, such as snails vol-au-vent; chateaubriand; chocolate fondant and cherries jubilee. The menu has been designed to serve traditional dishes with a twist. Customers can also choose from an extensive wine list. The restaurant overlooks the ocean, and has a New York grill room style, with wooden finishes and leather-upholstered chairs.
Group Food and Beverage Manager at Premier Hotels and Resorts, Bruce Mckay, said: “While the hotel has an existing on-site eatery providing buffets and traditional hotel restaurant fare, we wanted to add more versatility by supplying a dining experience with a difference under the Premier brand.”
The Grill Room serves dinners from Tuesday to Saturday, between 17h00 and 23h00, with lunches soon to be available. Food and wine pairings will also be on the menu one night a week.
“With the new restaurant, we want to take guests and locals on culinary journeys that they can savour at their leisure,” concluded McKay.
