RwandAir launches SA-Zambia route

RwandaAir will introduce direct flights between SA and Zambia using their fifth freedom rights.

RwandAir will commence direct flights from Johannesburg to Lusaka from March 28. 

Flight WB101 will leave Johannesburg at 07h45 and arrive in Lusaka at 09h45 (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays), with return flights leaving Lusaka at 21h50 and landing in Johannesburg at 23h50 (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays).

The airline will utilise B737-700 aircraft on the route.

Sarah-Jane Middlemas, Marketing Manager for RwandAir in South Africa, says: “The fifth freedom rights between South Africa and Zambia have made this direct route possible.”
