THE Two Oceans Aquarium at the V&A Waterfront recently opened the Shoreline Café, operating under the aquarium’s own management. The café is situated in a revamped space off the aquarium’s foyer and offers views of Table Mountain and the yacht marina. Shoreline prides itself on being eco-friendly and environmentally friendly measures are being introduced wherever possible.
