Senior Safari Curator

• Must have at least 8 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
• Proficiency in English
• Good people skills
• Good computer skills (preferably MAC but not necessary)
• Able to use quotation and reservation tools like WETU & TourPlan
• Has experience in local travel
• Customer oriented mindset
• Critical thinker and problem solver, able to handle unforeseen problems
• Organising travel from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation
• Supplying travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials
• Be able to handle ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds related to air travel
• Be able to advise on visa and entry requirements where applicable 
• Collect deposits and balances
• Focus on air travel including ticket changes as well as cancellations and refunds
• Maintain relationships with key persons
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to work as an individual and be part of a team
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
