At ATC, we are expanding our Online Sales Team, and we are looking for a Senior Travel Expert to help us spearhead our online presence. This isn’t just a sales job; it’s an invitation to be part of an adventure where you will help define how we interact with the world.
The Role
Reporting directly to our COO, you will be a key player in turning digital interest into reality. You won't just be processing orders; you will be crafting experiences. Your day-to-day will involve:
• Bespoke Solutions: Crafting tailor-made quotes and managing high-quality enquiries received directly through our website and online channels.
• Product Expertise: Quoting on exciting new products and our signature website packages covering Southern and East Africa.
• Project Collaboration: Acting as a stakeholder in new projects related to our evolving online strategy.
• Seamless Journeys: Working with the broader team to ensure every customer enjoys a world-class experience from click to completion.
