Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation across restaurants, in-room dining, and events.
- Create and innovate menus for restaurants, conferences, weddings, and banqueting.
- Manage food costs, budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen brigade to consistently deliver service excellence.
- Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards in line with HACCP regulations.
- Collaborate with F&B and Events teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and adjust offerings to enhance satisfaction.
