Minimum 3 years’ experience in tour operating, preferably
handling group tours.
Experience in travel reservations, operations, or sales within
the tourism industry.
Relevant qualification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality

The Groups Tour Consultant is responsible for the planning,
coordination, and delivery of pre-packaged and tailor-made group series
tours for international markets. This role requires strong organisational
skills, product knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to
B2B and B2C partners and clients. The consultant acts as the main point
of contact for travel agents, tour operators, and internal departments to
ensure seamless execution of group tours from the enquiry stage to post-tour feedback.
Strong organisational and time management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Customer service oriented with problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Southern & East African destinations
(advantageous).
Proficiency in reservations systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
