HELDER Pereira, Tsogo Sun Holdings executive director and Southern Sun hotels md, is leaving the company at the end of August to pursue his personal interests.
Following the departure of Helder Pereira, the top management of Southern Sun will report to Jabu Mabuza, in his capacity as Executive Chairman of Southern Sun.
Jabu said that Pereira’s departure has been under discussion for some time and that his exit is following a thorough and carefully planned process, to ensure that there is no adverse impact on the business.
