THE third Gastronomica festival takes place in Knysna from September 23 until October 1.
The festival is said to be a food-lovers paradise and comprises 10 days of hands-on workshops, discussions and demonstrations. These include ‘The Secrets of a Chocolatier’ workshops, the ‘Art of Bread Baking’ workshop a ‘Fish for Tomorrow’ fish day and a Food with Integrity Market.
