Kapama River Lodge gears up for incentives

KAPAMA River Lodge in Limpopo Province has opened an additional 20 suites, bringing the total number of rooms available to 64.

The new addition makes Kapama Lodge South Africa’s largest private game lodge in the country and raises its profile as an ideal incentive destination for overseas and local companies.

Along with its new multi-function room catering for up to 350 people, the lodge also offers a new wellness centre, including a gym equipped with cardio and weight training facilities and an array of facial, body and beauty spa treatments.

The lodge, says An African Anthology’s Wayne Pritchard, is geared toward incentives, launches, conferencing and team building.

The rooms feature a full en-suite bathroom and terrace with views over the Big Five reserve, while a large rim-flow pool, relaxation lounge and bar and Rhino Boma dining area complete the facilities.

Activities on offer include game drives and bush walks, romantic sleep-outs, hot-air ballooning, elephant-back safaris, visits to the Hoedspruit Centre for Endangered Species and golf at the Hans Merensky championship course.
