Andrew Lailvaux (pictured here) has been appointed Cape Regional Director for Tourvest Inbound Operations (TIO). Lailvaux joined the group in 1999 as regional manager for the Cape, a position he held for eight years until he was transferred to Nairobi as general manager of Vintage Africa.
