MALIBA Mountain Lodge, located within the Tsehlanyane National Park in Lesotho, has officially opened.
The five-star property comprises of six luxury basotho-style chalets, each with its own private viewing deck and fireplace. The main lodge features a bar, wine cellar, restaurant and Internet facility.
Improvements to be completed in the near future include a day spa, beauty therapy facility and natural outdoor pool area as well as a sub-alpine botanical garden – the highest in the world!
Activities at Maliba Lodge include hiking, horse riding, swimming in natural springs, bird watching, rock-climbing and village and cultural tours.
Maliba is an hour and a half’s drive from Maseru International Airport and a five-hour drive from Johannesburg.
