The Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency has invited interested parties to bid for five concession businesses across selected nature reserves. The opportunities aim to attract investment and drive transformation within the sector.
Concessions open for bidding include:
- Zithabiseni Holiday Resort (invest, upgrade, operate and manage)
- Bush camp concession at Songimvelo Nature Reserve (15-year operation and management)
- Lodge in Sara Bank at Manyeleti Nature Reserve (invest in, upgrade and operate 24-bed lodge)
- Lodge at Dixie Koppie (develop, operate and manage 24-bed lodge)
- Tented bush camp lodge at S8 dam in Manyeleti Nature Reserve (develop, operate and manage 24-bed lodge)
The closing date for all bids, except Dixie Koppie Lodge (closing on May 18 at 11h00), is May 6 at 11h00.
