New look, facilities for Sheraton Pretoria

THE Sheraton Pretoria Hotel is spending more than R10m on an extensive soft refurbishment of all its rooms.

All rooms on the Executive Club floor have been totally redone, with soft furnishings such as carpeting, curtains, upholstery and wallpaper being replaced.
Floors one to five are in the process of getting a new stylish look and feel and all the hotel’s beds have been replaced with the ultra-luxurious Sheraton Suite sleeper beds.

The Sheraton Pretoria Hotel will soon be building a sports bar on the site of
Via Veneto. It will also create a new spa and fitness concept, while new dining concepts are being introduced. The hotel has upgraded its breakfast experience and has introduced a new room-service menu.

The conference facilities, comprising meeting rooms, breakaway rooms, and the 400-guest Jacaranda Ballroom, are also being upgraded.
Also being launched throughout the Sheraton brand worldwide is The Link at Sheraton – an Internet hub with a twist. At all Sheraton’s hotels, these hubs will be located in food and beverage outlets so guests can do their business in a convivial atmosphere and order snacks while at work.

The entire hotel is a wireless hotspot. Internet access is provided free to executive-floor guests.
