Based on the outskirts of Cape Town’s CBD, this is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the COO and senior leadership team, while ensuring the smooth and professional running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide HR administration across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
• Maintain and safeguard confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Partner with the COO on employee relations, skills development, and training initiatives
• Coordinate recruitment planning and staff development with managers and trainers.
• Support with reporting, company culture initiatives, and CSI projects
• Manage office operations, suppliers, and team events to keep the workplace running smoothly.
• Act as a trusted PA to the COO, assisting with day-to-day tasks and strategic projects.
What We’re Looking For
