ORION will take over the management of two properties, the Katse and Mohale lodges, in Lesotho from July 1. Orion has signed an agreement with the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority to manage the two properties, originally built for construction workers building dams in the area. The Katse lodge, located near the Katse dam, comprises 24 chalets and the Mohale lodge, near the Mohale dam offers 69 rooms. Both lodges are already open for tourists and include swimming pools and tennis courts. Grant Sandham, sales and marketing manager for the Orion group, said that both properties will be upgraded during the first year of trading to at least three-star quality.
