Cecilia Mnisi has been appointed the new Head Chef at Inyati Private Game Reserve in Sabi Sand, Mpumalanga.
“Cecilia’s unique fusion of global and African culinary influences will no doubt elevate the Inyati safari experience to new heights,” the property announced.
Mnisi has 20 years’ experience; this includes working as a Sous Chef at Singita and as Head Chef at Lion Sands. Mnisi was also part of the opening team of Orange restaurant in Nelspruit.
The Dragonfly Africa Group has announced that Clinton Els has been appointed to the Board of Directors, in the role of Director: Incentives and Travel.
According to the group, Els has played a significant part over the years in strategically developing and overseeing Dragonfly’s existing and new business through both these key channels. He has worked for the group for seven years.
Debbie Holmes has been promoted to Manager: Incentives for Dragonfly Africa Group.
Holmes has worked through a number of different roles with Dragonfly and will have been with the group for seven years on May 1.
