Clive Chinwada, Holiday Inn Harare GM, has been appointed the new Hospitality Association of Zimbabwe (HAZ) President. He is deputised by Farai Chimba (Victoria Falls Hotel) and Brian Nyakutombwa (Montclair Hotel). Chinwada was elected on November 22 at the association’s elective AGM in Harare.

Drysdale is an accomplished travel industry senior management professional, with almost 25 years of industry experience. He has a proven track record of business development and sales growth success.
He has served in various senior management roles such as CEO of a coach charter business in Southern Africa and recently was Head of Global Sales for an inbound tour operator, where he led sales and operations teams.

Legendary Expeditions appoints new Director of Sales and Marketing
Legendary Expeditions, a member of Classic Portfolio, has appointed Sean Clark as the new Director of Sales & Marketing.
Clark, based in Cape Town, will lead the implementation and management of strategic sales and marketing activities for Legendary Expeditions’ portfolio of destinations.
He will also identify new market opportunities, building partnerships with key industry stakeholders and defining the actions required to drive growth and bring new dynamism to Legendary Expeditions.
Overseeing the reservations team in Arusha, Clark will work closely with Russel Hastings, Director of Mwiba Holdings, and Jean-Claude McMenamin, MD.
