Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront, Cape Town, has appointed new Executive Chef, Norman Heath.
Heath gained his experience at the Royal Hotel in Durban, while corresponding through the International Hotel School. In 2004, Heath made the Nationals of the Chaîne des be Rôtisseurs, Jeune Commis Rotisseur Afrique Du Sud.
He was previously Executive Chef of the Protea Hotel President, overseeing catering for the hotel’s conferences and events and cuisine of The Islands Restaurant.
“Being a chef for me is more than just a job, it is my life. I enjoy every single moment of it!” says Heath.
