As a Groups Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and managing bespoke itineraries for inbound groups with a focus on Southern African destinations.
Strong product knowledge of Southern African destinations is a must for this role as well as a minimum of 5 years’ experience in group travel consulting.
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using excel and relevant booking platforms such as tourplan and wetu.
Liaise with suppliers and partners and coordinate logistics throughout the travel planning and execution process.
Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
