TOURVEST Inbound Operations member, Welcome Tourism Services, has launched a new online reservations system for the travel trade.
The system, Welcome Connect, is browser-based and doesn't require additional software. It is also password protected so only members of the trade can access it.
Once logged in users can use a dynamic packaging tool to perform product searches, check for vehicle rentals and transfers, check availability and book customised itineraries, which are confirmed immediately.
Welcome Connect is offered free of charge to the travel trade and all users will receive a complete user manual.
