The position is as varied as the beautiful region within which we operate, but include the following:
- Assisting with enquiries and reservations at our sister lodge, Starry Starry Night
- Making provisional reservations for travel itineraries and helping with itinerary outlines
- Creating goodie bags and welcome cards for our guests
- Arranging printed itineraries and delivering these to our hotel partners
- Creating guest invoices and administering payments
- Managing the booking calendar and payment sheets for our drivers and guides
Our ideal shopping list of skills
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Any French language skills is a huge advantage
- Passionate about travel and adventure
- Great organisational and admin skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work experience: minimum 2 years
- Any experience in travel a major bonus
- Tertiary education
- Driven for success and achieving goals
- Loves being in a team and play nicely together
- Great writing and communication skills
- Outgoing and warm personality
- Great and personable phone manner for dealing directly with guests
- Experience with MS Office compulsory
- Strong computer literacy (ideally on Mac)
