The Tourism Business Council of SA is urging members of the travel trade to participate in a survey to determine the current skills needs and gaps in the industry.
The results will help determine critical and scarce skills needed for the travel sector to thrive. It will also be used to inform upcoming engagements with government and stakeholders in skills development.
To participate in the survey, visit the TBCSA website and navigate to the ‘TBCSA week in review’ section. The survey can be found in the latest article, ‘This Travel & Tourism Week for the week ending 24 February 2017’.
