Wine and food pairing evenings at Leriba Lodge

Hemingway’s Restaurant and Wine Cellar at Leriba Lodge Hotel and Conference Centre in Centurion now hosts monthly food and wine pairing evenings.
Chef, Jan de Wet Botha, a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and the National Team, provides food-pairing options that enhance each of the cultivars presented.
