What We’re Looking For:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Previous experience in reservations, front office, or a customer service role (hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages an advantage.
- Proficiency in reservations systems (Optima or similar) and basic computer skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent phone and email etiquette.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, packages, and resort services.
- Maintain and update the reservations system with all guest details.
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate special requests and communicate them effectively to the relevant departments.
- Ensure high standards of guest service throughout the booking process.
