&Beyond recently refurbished two of its properties, Phinda Rock Lodge in KwaZulu Natal, and the Nxabega Okavango Delta Camp in Botswana.
Phinda Rock Lodge officially reopened on May 1 with a new, updated look, after undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment. All the guest areas and suite interiors were completely remodelled with a new dining area.
The Nxabega Okavango Delta Camp was closed from January 15 until April 15 for phase two of its refurbishment, which extended from the suites to the camp’s main guest areas.
The final phase of the refurbishment included a new entrance, safari shop, guest area, boma, bar, interactive coffee station and pool, with the addition of salas for shade. There is also a massage sala by the pool area, allowing guests to enjoy treatments in a private setting.
