Little Switzerland Resort, a family-friendly lodge in the Northern Drakensberg operated by Dream Hotels & Resorts, has transitioned to an all-inclusive resort.
A stay at the resort will now include daily breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner and selected beverages as well as access to on-site facilities and recreational activities.
All-inclusive access includes a driving range, walking trails as well as a ziplining and obstacle course and the option to hire a mountain bike. Guests can enjoy go-karting, fly fishing and horse-riding experiences.
Evening activities include sundowners, cocktail-making sessions, nightly themed quizzes, outdoor movie nights, live music, stargazing and karaoke.
Children aged four to 12 are welcomed at the Dream Xplorers Kids’ Club featuring arts and crafts, treasure and bug hunts, guided walks, tennis, outdoor movie nights and marshmallow roasting as well as fishing lessons. Babysitting services are also available with advanced booking.
Some additional activities, such as spa treatments, premium drinks and specialised activities, are not included in the all-inclusive rate.
Nick Dickson, CEO and Group Custodian of Dream Hotels & Resorts, says: “The all-inclusive model is part of our long-term approach to evolving our properties in line with modern and evolving guest preferences and market dynamics.”
